CateNET designs custom websites for WeHo restaurants, hotels, retailers, and venues that already live on photography and still publish a site that looks like a chain. The Strip and Santa Monica Boulevard reward a point of view. Custom web design, UI/UX, and a brand identity that captures the energy of the neighborhood are the product. We prototype in Figma with real menus, real stills, and real type. Then we build in house so the live site matches the mockup at 10pm on a phone in line. No page builders. No restaurant theme with a stock pasta photo.

Striking does not mean unusable. Conversion focused layouts still have to get a reservation, a table, or a guest list. Responsive design has to survive a loud lobby and a weak signal. Logo design for WeHo is often already strong in print and weak on a phone header. We fix that instead of inventing a second brand. A design system keeps events, drops, and seasonal menus from becoming a collage. Loyalty, reservations, and nightlife are different visual jobs. Mixing them into one bloated aesthetic is how venues end up with something nobody opens.

We work from 15303 Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, over the hill and close enough for a walkthrough before design. CateNET designs and builds everything in house so design and development never conflict. A GM should not referee a branding shop and a developer who never stood at the host stand. Kickoffs can happen in the room. The same team that draws the screens ships them. Friday night is the test, not a Tuesday demo. If the type disappears on a dark photo of the room, we fix the design, we do not add a louder slider.
